P-Card Expense Reporting
Attention all JCU P-CARD Holders:
Purchases made with your JCU P-Card on or before May 31, 2024 will be charged against the 2023/24 budget.
P-Card Transactions made after May 31, 2024, will be applied against the 2024/25 budget.
All expense reports for the 2023/24 activity must be submitted and approved in Chrome River for processing by June 7, 2024. After that date, all P-Card charges will be processed as part of the 2024/25 year!
