Recently, Information Technology Services, in collaboration with the Data Governance Committee, launched John Carroll’s new Data and Information Request Process.
Going forward, you can request data by using the request links available at the JCU Service Desk website: https://jcu.teamdynamix.com/

The new data and information request process includes the following:
– Data or information requests: use this form to request data about John Carroll’s enrollment, employees, operations, or alumni.
– Argos report changes: use this form to request a new Argos report or to request changes or access to an existing report.
– Contact list changes: use this form to request a new University email contact list or to request changes or access to an existing email contact list (e.g., allstu, faculty-staff)
– Training request: use this form to request a training session for a specific John Carroll University software program.
– Draft survey review: use this form to submit your draft survey for review in accordance with the Survey Administration Policy.
