Today: Celebrate the Spirit Schedule for September 8
Every year John Carroll University, like other Jesuit schools throughout the country, celebrates the beginning of the academic year with a collective time of prayer. At John Carroll we begin our celebration with a Mass at the Church of the Gesu at 12:05 p.m. on Thursday, September 8. After lunch, join us or stay in the tent for a short program featuring radio personality Jen Toohey ’97 and giveaways.

Due to the Celebrate the Spirit Mass and lunch, all RecPlex facilities will be closed from noon-1 p.m. on Thursday, September 8. Group Fitness Classes will also be canceled during this time. Regular RecPlex hours of operation will resume at 1 p.m.

The Kaltura Video App is currently available in Canvas and will serve as the eventual replacement of ShareStream. With the Kaltura Video App, teachers, students, and staff can easily view, record, manage, edit, transcode, and deliver high-quality video that is visible on any device, at any time. The 9th Annual Ride For Miles, will be held 10AM Sunday September 11, 2016. The Ride, which begins and ends at the Dolan Science Center, is a 15-mile, family-friendly bike ride though University Heights, Beachwood, Pepper Pike, and Gates Mills.
