Farewell gathering for Salo Rodezno

Salomón (Salo) Rodezno, Director of the Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion, will be leaving the university in June to pursue a doctoral degree at Michigan State University. The entire campus community is invited to join us in saying farewell to Salo. We will gather on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. under the tent on Keller Commons (outside the Lombardo Student Center). Light refreshments will be served.

Today: Arbor Day tree planting

Come out and help support our sustainability efforts on campus as we plant a few trees on April 30th – Arbor Day. We will be honoring Carol Dietz for her many years of work promoting sustainability across JCU with a special planting at 10 am in front of Murphy Hall. Volunteers are encouraged to participate in digging the holes, documenting the event, and making our gathering festive.

Today: JCU Recreation | Pickup Basketball & Fitness Studio

Beginning Wednesday, April 28, JCU Recreation will permit pickup basketball in the IM Gym with MASKS ON AT ALL TIMES, as well as drop-in access to the Fitness Studio. These are the only two changes being made at this time.
