Join us for a panel that will take a deeper dive into the legal realm of immigration, the reality surrounding its criminal prosecution, and a chance for informed advocacy aimed at congressmen and judges! On Monday, December 3, at 5 p.m. in the Donahue Auditorium, a group of senior Arrupe Scholar students will be presenting this panel as their senior capstone project, aiming to have a transparent conversation about what our legal immigration system actually looks like, aside from political rhetoric and warped news.

Volunteers needed for the VITA program!

The Center for Service and Social Action and the Boler College of Business Department of Accountancy are currently recruiting students, faculty, and staff to assist with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. This programs helps low to moderate-income individuals prepare their income tax returns without professional fees. JCU students can receive one credit for participating.
