Write 4 Rights

Have you ever wanted to lend your voice against human rights violations that are occurring around the world? Here’s your chance to join the largest human rights event in the world – Write for Rights. Write for Rights is Amnesty International’s global letter writing marathon held each year to mark Human Rights Day on December 10. We are raising our collective voices by hosting an AIUSA letter writing event on November 26 where you can learn about the 11 urgent Write for Rights cases from around the world. Register to be a Buddy for Through the Eyes of a Child!

Through the Eyes of a Child is an annual event sponsored by Beta Theta Pi in which 70 Cleveland children from the local St. Francis and St. Thomas Aquinas elementary schools visit JCU’s campus for a few hours of holiday fun and activities. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, December 1, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and activities will include a visit with Santa, arts and crafts, time in the IM gym, and lunch in the dining hall.
