Dr. Noah Bickart will be leading a model seder on Tuesday April 16 from Noon – 1 pm in the O’Dea Room in the Student Center. Passover is one of the most important Jewish festivals, and is celebrated by Jews around the world by means of a ritual meal in which particular foods are used as props to tell the story of the Biblical Exodus. Come see how this meal works and how it is and isn’t connected to how Christians celebrate Easter. There will be selections of passover foods but this will not be a traditional lunch. We will provide some snacks to go.
