JCU FIT Wellness Portal Update

Thank you to everyone who participated in the JCU FIT Wellness Program Kickoff event last Thursday. It was well attended by more than 130 staff and faculty. All full-time and part-time faculty and staff have access to the JCU FIT Wellness Portal. The portal has been set up to guide employees through specific JCU FIT programming and incentives to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Human Resources Policy Review

The Human Resources Policy Review Committee is charged with reviewing staff policies and proposing revisions.

Apply for an On-Campus Internship at JCU Career Center

Career Assistant Interns are full-time sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate students at John Carroll University who will serve in an integral role in assisting in the implementation of new professional development programming of the Career Center. This is a paid, full school-year internship in which students will work 8-10 hours a week at the Career Center. Application deadline is 5 p.m., Friday, April 7.

Today: Sixth Annual Tim Russert Photography Contest 2017

Picture this! The Tim Russert Department of Communications and Theatre Arts invites you to capture your life in pictures. As part of the campus-wide Celebration of Scholarship, the Russert Department hosts the sixth annual Tim Russert Photography Contest that celebrates the legacy of Tim Russert and the life lessons he shares in his book “Big Russ and Me.” The deadline to submit is 5 p.m. on March 22.

Display your public speaking skills and share your life lessons by participating in the Tim Russert Department of Communication and Theatre Arts Public Speaking Contest. Participants must be JCU students enrolled in CO 125 Speech Communication in the 2016-2017 academic year. Submissions are due by March 22 at 5 p.m.
