JCU Fit Presents: Reduce Your Stress

Don’t let stress get you down! Join us Monday, November 18th from Noon – 1pm in the Jardine Room as I-Shan Yang, a JCU Counselor, presents tools and tips on how to manage stress both in and out of the workplace.
She will be joined by doctoral trainee Brianne Markley as they discuss relaxation skills and other proven stress management techniques to help you reduce your stress levels. This seminar is especially timely with the holidays coming up!
