Mental Health First Aid Training
We are offering two Mental Health First Aid trainings. The training helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. In the Mental Health First Aid course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.
The training dates and times are below and lunch will be provided. The deadline to sign up is 2 weeks before each training, so please sign up before break for the January date!
Friday, January 14th from 9:00-3:30
