To be eligible to win a one-on-one session with Lindsay Malone, you must complete your Personal Health Assessment on the Wellness portal by March 31. You will earn 100 wellness points, and be automatically entered to win a one-on-one session with her.

Go Move Challenge Results

Thank you to all those who participated in the Go Move Challenge this year. John Carroll ranked 8th for total minutes moved with a total of 103,806 “Active Minutes” for the month of February. We also ranked 8th in the category of “Average Minutes” with an average of 888 minutes moved per participant.

Today: No Mass on Campus Sunday night; Weekday schedule for spring break

Because of spring break, there will not be a Mass on Sunday, March 3 at either 6 pm or 9 pm. Our next Sunday Mass will be the 9 pm Mass on March 10. During the week of March 4-8, the only Mass on campus will be on Ash Wednesday at 12:05 pm in St. Francis Chapel.

Einstein Bros Bagels will be open Monday through Friday this week from 8am to 1pm for all who remain on campus over Spring Break. Take a mini vacation of your own and come down to Einstein’s for a bagel sandwich and hot latte this week!
