Today: JCU FIT Healthy Cooking Class

The JCU FIT employee wellness program will be offering a Healthy Cooking Class to the first 75 employees who register. Aramark will demonstrate how to conveniently make healthy and delicious Lentil Sloppy Joes. Employees who attend this event will earn 10 points in the Wellness Portal. Participants will also be able to sample food and ask questions during this event.

Due to the John Carroll University End-of-Year Celebration, the Mail and Copy Centers will be closing at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, May 11. Please have your mail to the Mail Center by 2 p.m. in order for it to go out that day.
